Moira Chapman joined Dovecot at the end of June 2024 as Head of Finance & Resources. Moira holds both an MBA – Public Service Management from Stirling University and an Accountancy UK Bachelors Degree level qualification from ACCA. Prior to her appointment she was Head of Finance & Operations at Culture & Business Scotland and throughout her career has worked for charities across sectors including: Education, Social Care and the Environment.
