Join Dovecot as Head of Commercial & Operations
Can you provide the tools, strategic plan and creative flair to lead and develop the future success of Dovecot Studios' commercial operations?
Do you enjoy and have a track record of driving growth in a multi-channel commercial environment such as retail, hospitality, exhibitions or events?
We are seeking someone to set excellent standards for the professional delivery of all aspects of Dovecot’s day-to-day activities, which currently include exhibitions, ticketing, retail, events, venue hire and catering. In so doing, the post holder will ensure a consistently high level of planning, organisation, marketing, quality control and excellent customer service to improve the overall visitor and client experience across the building and online, including the Tapestry Studio. Working in a fabulous heritage building in Edinburgh’s city centre, the Head of Commercial & Operations is a strategic post responsible for:
- Developing business strategy
- Increasing income
- Maximising profitability
