• Colour & Cloth: Hollywood Style in Colour

Whether Dorothy’s ruby slippers in The Wizard of Oz, Audrey Hepburn in that Little Black Dress or James Dean's red windbreaker in Rebel Without a Cause, colour plays a crucial narrative device in film. Caroline Young explores the symbolism of key Hollywood looks and how cinema has influenced key moments in the history of colour and fashion.

Event includes free exhibition entry until 5.50pm, talk starts 6pm
