The rug featured in the upcoming exhibition Marc Camille Chaimowicz: An Autumn Lexicon at the Serpentine from 29 September to 20 November, was tufted by Master Weaver Jonathan Cleaver of Dovecot Tapestry Studio, Edinburgh in 2010. The rug was originally created as part of a body of work by Chaimowicz exhibited at Inverleith House, the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh in an exhibition which ran from 31 October 2010 to 6 February 2011 and was supported by Creative Scotland.
