• A History of Fashion – For Everyone

Why do we care about what we wear? Travel through time with Dovecot Director Celia Joicey to learn how fashion influences how we dress, how we feel about ourselves and – significantly – how we look! With fabulous fashion from the past 200 years and insights on why key people throughout history are remembered as much for their sense of style as for their actions, from Henry VIII to Coco Chanel.

This fun interactive talk will include fashion worksheets and is aimed at everyone from 7+.
