• Create a Boro Mini Book

Come and create a tiny (3” square) fabric Boro stitched book. Learn how to create textile art using Boro stitching techniques.

“Boro” means “Rags” so you will select and stitch small pieces of fabric onto each page.

Participants can have a go at this as beginners, or build on previous experience of Sue’s Boro workshops.   You will be offered a choice of gorgeous Japanese fabrics to select from, and given advice on how to design the pages of your book and create a “flow”.

There will be lots of ideas and choice, as well as lots of guidance from the tutor Sue.

This workshop is suitable for all and no experience is required.

The workshop is run by experienced teacher and textile enthusiast Sue Crawley of Sunshine Designs Dollar.
