The exhibition is the first time the Colourists – FCB Cadell, SJ Peploe, JD Fergusson and Leslie Hunter – have been shown in the context of their European contemporaries. Discover the groundbreaking exhibition in partnership with the Fleming Collection, showcasing the Scottish Colourists in the context of their European contemporaries for the first time, interrogating how this international generation of radical painters forged a new language of colour in the early 20th century.
